    CAD/CAM (BDT/BDÜ) tasarımında kullanılan bazı temel işlemlerin programlanması

    Bu çalışmada Bilgisayar Destekli Üretim(BDÜ)/Bilgisayar Destekli Tasarım (BDT) programlarındaki bazı temel işlemlerin programlanması ele alınmıştır. Taşıma, döndürme, eğri ve yüzey uydurma, yüzey normal vektörünün hesaplanması, kesici takım ofsetinin hesaplanması, kesici takım yolunun bulunması, G kodlarının üretilmesi, yüzey normal vektörünün tersyüz edilmesi, yüzey yoğunluğunun azaltılması, yüzeyin uzatılması işlemlerinin ne olduğu, matematiksel olarak ifadeleri ve akış diyagramları açıklanmıştır. Tüm bu işlemlerde, bilgisayar belleğinde tutulmakta olan ve yüzey verilerini içeren noktaların matematiksel olarak ifade edildiği dosyalar kullanılmaktadır. Bu yüzey veri dosyası yukarıda sıralanan işlemlerden hangisi isteniyorsa, ilgili işleme ait matematiksel ifade uygulanarak sonuç veri dosyası elde edilmektedir. Bu veri dosyalan ise sonuçta yüzeyi oluşturacak takım hareketlerini içeren G kod sistemininin elde edilmesini sağlamaktadır. Son olarak ise simülasyon programı ile takımın bu yüzeyde nasıl hareket ettiğinin görülebilmesi sağlanmıştır. Tüm bu işlemlerin programlanmasında Turbo C++ programlama dili kullanılmıştır.

    Roles Assigned by Prospective Teachers to Themselves in Terms of Use of Educational Technology: A Metaphor Study

    In this of qualitative nature study, metaphors developed by prospective teachers who are being taught at Departments of Primary Education, Chemistry Teaching, Pre-school Education, Social Studies Education, Turkish and Primary School Mathematic Teaching at Afyon Kocatepe University, Turkey in terms of their roles in use of educational technology were analyzed. Totally, 45 different metaphors were obtained from 131 prospective teachers. Considering their reasons, those metaphors were coded into themes. Metaphors developed in terms of roles of prospective teachers in use of educational technology can be clustered under six different categories: being important / useful, assistant / guide, user, producer / designer, learner and attitude. Results indicated that prospective teachers were mostly assigned roled of being important / useful, assistant / guide and user. As an another result, it was seen that departments at which prospective teachers are taught differed on their metaphors.

    Use of Technology as a Solution to the Problems Faced in Literacy Education by the Teachers of the Hearing Impaired: Isitek Project

    Special education aims to view the society as a whole, and offer the individuals the opportunity to live on an equal basis in the society by correcting the deficiencies. The sound need of hearing impaired individuals can be met with different elements by using technology in the education of the hearing impaired, which is a kind of special education. In this study, a project proposal (ISITEK) which helps the teachers of the hearing impaired to solve the problems they face in teaching literacy with computer and internet technologies, and involves the participation of experts from different disciplines is described.
