    Destinasyon Tercihinde WEB Sitelerinin Önemi: Yerli Turistler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

    Bir destinasyonun pazarlamasında, destinasyonlarla ilgili içerik barındıran web siteleri, o destinasyonu ziyaret edecek olan turiste ihtiyaç duyduğu her türlü konu hakkında bilgi sağlayabilecek potansiyele sahiptir. Üstelik, internet sayesinde bu tanıtım, daha az maliyetli ve kolay bir şekilde yapılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir destinasyonu ziyaret etmek isteyen turistin, önceden destinasyona ait web sitelerinden ne kadar bilgi edindiğini ve o destinasyonun web sitelerine ne kadar ilgi gösterdiğini ölçmektir. Destinasyon tercihindeki diğer unsurlar da göz önünde bulundurularak, yerli turistlerin bir destinasyonu ziyaret etmeden önce web sitelerinden ne kadar faydalandığı ölçülmüştür.

    Merkepte Regio cruris ve Pedis'i çevreleyen kasların yapısal ve fonksiyonel özellikleri

    Amaç: Bu çalışma merkep arka bacağı distal'indeki kasların yapısal ve fonksiyonel özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Materyal olarak 10 merkep kullanıldı. Genel anestezi altında kanları boşaltılan merkeplerin regio cruris ve pedis'ini çevreleyen kasları diseke edildi. Bu sayede kaslardan yapısal ve fonksiyonel parametreler elde edildi. Bulgular: Merkeplerde regio cruris ve pedis'i çevreleyen kaslardan en uzununun m. flexor digitorum lateralis, ve en ağırının m. gastrocnemius olduğu belirlendi. Bölgenin en güçlü kası m. flexor digitorum lateralis iken, en güçlü tendosu m. gastrocnemius'a aitti. Çalışmada bazı kas verilerinde cinsiyetler arası istatistiki fark tespit edildi. Öneri: Çalışmada merkeplerin regio cruris ve pedis’inde, uzun tendolu, pennate, kısa kas demetli ve küçük hacimli kasların yer aldığı tespit edildi

    Structural and functional properties of the distal muscles of front and hind legs of malakan horses (equus caballus)

    The purpose of this study was to determine the structural and functional properties of the distal muscles of front and hind legs of Malakan Horses. Thus, totally 10 Malakan horses (5 females and 5 males) were used in the study. From front and hind legs of the horses, the findings of totally 28 muscles were received. Accordingly, it is determined that the longest muscle in the distal of the front leg was m. flexor carpi ulnaris, the heaviest one was m. extensor carpi radialis and the muscle with the highest value in terms of parameters of tendon length and total muscle tendon length was m. extensor digitorum communis. From the distal muscles of the hind leg; it is observed that the longest one was m. tibialis cranialis, the heaviest one was m. gastrocnemius and the muscle with the highest value in terms of parameters of tendon length and total muscle tendon length was m. flexor digitorum superficialis. It was observed that while the difference determined between some of the values in the front and hind leg muscles had a statistical significance in the comparison performed between the genders (P<0.05), the differences had no statistical significance in the comparison performed based on the direction (right-left).
