Öğe Synthesis of 4 New Substituted BIS(Diaminoglyoximes) and Their Complexes with Some Transition-Metals(MARCEL DEKKER INC, 1991) Devecı, M.A; Hosseınzadeh, A; Irez, GIn this study, the following substituted bis(diaminoglyoximes) have been synthesized from anti-chloroaminoglyoxime and the substituted aromatic diamines. 1,1'-Diphenyl-ethylene-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPEDGH4), 1,1'-diphenyl-methylene-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPMDGH4), 1,1'diphenyl-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPDGH4) and 1,4-phenylenebis(diaminoglyoxime) (PDGH4). The complexes of these ligands with Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) have been prepared. The structures of the ligands and complexes are proposed to be square-planar and polymeric on the basis of H-1-NMR, IR and elemental analyses results.Öğe Synthesis of 5 New Substituted Aryldiaminoximes and Their Complexes with Copper(II), Nickel(II) and Cobalt(II)(MARCEL DEKKER INC, 1991) Hosseınzadeh, A; Irez, Ganti-Chloroaminoglyoxime (CAGH2) has been synthesized by chlorination of anti-aminoglyoxime. The reaction of CAGH2 with substituted aromatic amines in ethanol at -15-degrees-C gives the unsymmetrical vic-dioximes, namely, N-(phenyl)diaminoglyoxime (PDGH2), N-(benzyl)diaminoglyoxime (BDGH2), N-1-naphthyl)diaminoglyoxime (NDGH2), N-(2-pyridyl)diaminoglyoxime (PYDGH2) and N-(1-1'-biphenyl-4-amino-4')diaminoglyoxime (BBGH2). All these dioximes are in the trans-anti-form according to IR and H-1-NMR data. The complexes of these five ligands with Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) are square-planar. H-1-NMR, IR and UV-visible data of new compounds are given.Öğe The synthesis of N-(2-methylpyridyl)diaminoglyoxime derivates and the formation of their nickel(II) and palladium(II) complexes(MARCEL DEKKER INC, 1996) Kahraman, A; Irez, GUnsymmetric glyoximes which contain N-(2-methylpyridyl) on one side and amines or various aromatic amines, respectively, on the other side of the molecule were synthesized. N-(2-Methylpyridyl)aminoglyoxime was chlorinated by employing a method devised by us which is time and solvent dependent, and requires utilization of diethyl ether within a time period of 10-30 minutes. By reacting antichloro-N-(2-methylpyridyl)aminoglyoxime, with ammonia, aniline and benzylamine, respectively, the new ligands synthesized were N-(2-methylpyridyl)diaminoglyoxime (ALH(2)), N-(2-methylpyridyl)-N'-phenyldiaminoglyoxime (BLH(2)) and N-(2-methylpyridyl)-N'-benzyldiaminoglyoxime (CLH(2)). The structure of the ligands were determined employing H-1 NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses methods. The square-planar complexes of metal-ligand ratio of 1:2 were prepared by addition of Ni(II) and Pd(II) salt solutions into aqueous ligand solutions. The structure of these complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
