dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, öncelikle Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye'de yer alan KOBİ tanımlarına yer verilecek ve ardından AB ve Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere verilen önemin nedenlerine değinilecektir. KOBİ'lerin büyük işletmeler karşısında sahip oldukları avantaj ve dezavantajlar sıralanarak, AB sürecindeki Türk KOBİ'lerinin AvrupalI KOBİ'ler karşısında karşılaştıkları yada karşılaşabilecekleri temel sorunlar incelenerek, Karaman Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan gıda sektöründeki KOBİlere yönelik yapmış olduğumuz uygulama çalışması analiz edilecektir. Elde ettiğimiz bulgular ışığında Türk KOBİ'lerinin AB sürecindeki temel sorunlarına çözüm önerileri getirilecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, at first SME's definitions which take place in European Union and Turkey will be presented and than the reasons of giving importance to SME's in EU and Turkey will be mentioned. In adition, the advantages and disadvantages of SME's than big companies will be emphasised and the basic problems that Turkish SME's many face in competition with European SME's, in the process of EU, will be examined. Besides, our application study on SME's in food industry in Karaman will be analysed. In the light of the findings of our study, some solutions to the basic problems of Turkish SME's, in the process of EU, will be proposed.en_US
