The blood sera were examined for neutralizing antibodies to PIV-3 by microneutralisation test. | dc.description.abstract | Türkiye'de genellikle Orta Anadolu Bölgesine ait olan ve Konya Et Balık Kurumu Mezbahasına getirilen etçi sığırlardan kan serum numuneleri toplanmıştır. Alınan 1032 adet sığır kan serumu, sığır Parainfluenza Virus-3'e (PIV-3) karşı antikor taşıyıp taşımadıklarını araştırmak amacı ile mikronötralizasyon metodu ile test edilmiştir. Serumlar, 1:5 sulandırma oranında teste alınmıştır. Mikronötralizasyon testi sonunda, 1032 adet serumun 471 adedinde (% 45.6) PIV-3'e karşı pozitif nötralizan antikor varlığı tesbit edilmiştir. | en_US |
