Lice (Diyarbakır) Yöresi makrofungusları

Bu çalışma, Lice (Diyarbakır) yöresinin makromantar çeşitliliğini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. 2009–2010 yıllarında toplanan örnekler üzerinde yapılan makroskobik ve mikroskobik incelemeler sonucunda Leotiomycetes, Pezizomycetes ve Agaricomycetes sınıflarına ait 5 ordo ve 20 familya içerisinde dağılım gösteren toplam 55 makrofungus taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden Conocybe juniana (Velen.) Hauskn. & Svr?ek Türkiye mikobiyotası için yeni kayıttır.

The present study was carried out to determine the macrofungal diversity of Lice (Diyarbakır) district. As a result of the macroscopic and microscopic investigations on the samples collected between 2009-2010, 55 macrofungi taxa belong to 5 orders and 20 families, in Leotiomcytes, Pezizomycetes and Agaricomycetes classes, were identified. Among the identified species Conocybe juniana (Velen.) Hauskn. & Svcek is new record for Turkish Mycobiata.
