Endemik Muscari discolor Boiss & Hausskn Türü Üzerine Karyolojik Bir Çalışma

Bu çalısmayla, Muscari discolor Boiss&Hausskn türü karyolojik olarak incelenmistir. Bu tür için kromozom sayımı ikinci kez olmasına ragmen, karyotip morfolojisi ilk defa bu çalısmayla sunulmustur. Türün kromozom sayısı 2n= 18 olarak bulunmustur. Karyotipte, 5 metasentrik (M), 4 submetasentrik (SM) kromozom çiftleri bulunmus olup, bir çiftinde sekonder bogum belirlenmistir. Bu sekonder bogum 6. kromozom çiftinin uzun kolundadır.

By this study, Muscari discolor Boiss & Hausskn was investigated karyologically. This is the second chromosome count for this species but the karyotype morphology of M. discolor is presented here for the first time. The chromosome number was found as 2n=18. In the karyotype, 5 metacentric (M) and 4 submetacentric (SM) chromosome pairs were found, in one of which a secondary constriction was detected. The secondary constriction was on the long arm of the 6th chromosome pair.
