Ergin evcil ördeklerin (Anas Platryhynchos) perifer kan lenfositlerinde alfa-naftil asetat esteraz ve Asit fosfataz aktivitesinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışma, ergin ördeklerin (Anas Platryhynchos) perifer kan lenfosit (PBL) oranı ile alfa-naftil asetat esteraz (ANAE) ve asit fosfataz (ACP) pozitif lenfosit oranlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada 8 ergin evcil ördekten alınan kan örnekleri kullanıldı. ANAE-pozitif lenfosit oranları % 32.62 olarak tespit edilirken, ACP pozitif lenfosit oranı % 78.5 olarak bulundu. Perifer kan lenfosit oranı ise % 67 olarak belirlendi.

This study was carried out to determine the percentages of the peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL), alpha-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) positive and acid phosphatase (ACP) positive lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of adult domestic ducks (Anas Platryhynchos). For this purpose, heparinised (10 IU heparine/mL blood, Liquenine, Roche) peripheral blood samples of 8 adult domestic ducks were used. The percentages of PBL, ANAE positive lymphocyte rate and ACP positive lymphocyte rate were 67%, 32.62%, and 78.5% respectively.
