E-devlet Anlayışı Süreci?nde Türki?ye

The idea that we have experienced rapid development and innovation not only in terms of information and technology field but also in the perspective of govermental area has been approved in 21 century. Today, the classic government perspective is not enough to satisfy the needs and expectations at people facing these innovations. To satisfy these needs and expectations, new theories are searched for government. Therefore, it’s demanded that produced goods and services be more qualitive and economical. And the way of achieving these demands depend on the practice at e-government. In this context, first of all we have tried to set the concept and elements of e-government. And then we have completed our study by defining the differences between e-government and classic goverment, stating aims and benefits of e-government emphosizing the role and evoluations of Turkey’s e-government practices.
