| dc.description.abstract | A disease progressed with respiratoric symptoms in the cattle of Konya Agriculture Management was serologically determined as PIV-3 disease. With this aim, the 79 cattle blood sera were collected and examined for antibodies to PIV-3 by microneutralisation test. At the end of the microneutralisation test, at a dilution of 1:5, the 40 (50.63%) cattle blood sera were found for the neutralizing antibodies to PIV -3. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Konya Tarım İşletmesi sığırlarında solunum yolu semptomları ile seyreden bir hastalık, serolojik yönden PIV-3 hastalığı olarak saptandı. Bu amaçla, toplanan 79 adet sığır kan serumu PIV-3'e karşı mikronötralizasyon testi ile kontrol edildi. Test sonunda, 40 adet kan serumu (%50.63) 1:5 serum sulandırmasında, PIV-3'e karşı nötralizan antikorlar yönünden pozitif bulundu. | en_US |
