dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, tedrici azalan sıcaklığın Pimpla turionellae L. (Hymenoptera : Ichneumonldae) dişi pup ve erginlerinin total li pid, total yağ asidi ve yağ asidi bileşimine etkileri araştırılmıştır. P. turioneüae 'nın ergin dişilerinin 45 günlük sıcaklık uygu lamasına direnç gösterdiği, canlılık oranının % 57 olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Dişi puplar ise 32 günlük sıcaklık uygulamasına direnç göstermiştir. Azalan sıcaklığa ve süreye bağlı olarak dişi pup ve er ginlerde ağırlık kaybı artmıştır. Tedrici azalan sıcaklığın dişi pup ve erginlerin total lipid, total yağ asidi ve total lipide göre total yağ asi di yüzdelerine önemli bir etkisi olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. Dişi pup ve erginlerde, azalan sıcaklığa ve süreye bağlı olarak yağ asidi bileşimlerinde önemli değişiklikler tesbit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, effects of gradually decreased temperature on to tal lipid, total fatty acid and fatty acid composition of female pupae and adults of Pimpla twionellae L. (Hymenoptera : Ichneumonidae) were investigated. It was determined that the adult females showed a resistant to 45 days' temperature applications and the survival ratio was 57 %. The female pupae were resistant to 32 days' temperature appli cation. The weight losing of female pupae and adults related to dec reasing temperature and time Increased. It was pointed out that the gradual-decreasing temperature had no an effect on the per centage of total lipid, total fatty acid and percentages of total fatty acid to total lipid of female pupae and adults. In female pupae and adults, the important variations of fatty acid compositions related to decreasing temperature and period were determined.en_US
