dc.description.abstract | Composite structure consisting of stainless steel fiber and aluminum matrix is manufactured by hot-press molding. The mechanical properties were determined experimentally. The effect of orientation angle is investigated under in-plane loading. An elastic-plastic numerical solution has been carried out by finite element method (FEM).
