Özet
The study purpose was to investigate pharmacist-patient professional relationship, using principles of social exchange theory. The pharmacy profession emphasizes the building of relationship as covenant between patient and pharmacist. It is possible that the patients' perceptions may lead to increased interpersonal exchange between patient and their pharmacist and patient collaboration in care. In this study patient responses were collected using a questionnaire is include seven questions. The findings have been shown that its is possible to suggest pharmacist-patient relationships were more healthy if pharmacists approach their patients via a social exchange and 'give more drug information to patients. The finding of this study also may help researcher learn more about the social aspects of pharmacist-patient relationship from perspective of patients.
