dc.description.abstractTürkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin ilanı dünya genelinde pek çok gazetede olduğu gibi, Sovyet basınında da yer almıştır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti’nin resmen kurulması anlamına gelen cumhuriyetin ilanının Sovyet yazılı basınında nasıl yer aldığını incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu incelemeyi dönemin en önemli yayın organlarından Pravda ve İzvestiya gazeteleri üzerinden yapmaktadır. Söz konusu gazeteler, Sovyet döneminde devlet ideolojisini temsil eden, dış haberlere yer veren ve diğer basın organlarına da kaynaklık eden gazeteler olmaları nedeniyle tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında, ilgili gazetelerin 1923 yılı, 1 Ekim - 31 Aralık aylarını kapsayan 3 aylık dönemleri örnek olarak alınmış; bu sayılarda yer alan ‘Türkiye’ konulu haberler incelenmiştir. Araştırma yöntemi olarak içerik analizi yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmanın sonunda, iki gazetede toplam 22 habere ulaşılmış; bu haberler duyuru amaçlı, açıklayıcı ve röportaj kategorileri altında başlık, konu, özne, tanımlamalar, haberin yönü ve kaynağı gibi özellikler üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe proclamation of the Republic of Turkey took place in many newspapers in the world, and also in Soviet press. This study aims to examine how the proclamation of the republic which means officially declared the Republic of Turkey, was reflected in the Soviet-Russian writing press. This review is done through the newspapers Pravda and Izvestiya which were the most important publications of the period. These newspapers were chosen because they represented the official ideology in the Soviet era, has included foreign news reports and because of that they were a source for other media. In the scope of the study, 3-month periods covering 1 October- 31 December of the 1923 were taken as an example. The news about "Turkey" in these newspapers was investigated. Content analysis was used as research method. At the end of the work, total of 22 news of this two newspapers were reached; these reports were evaluated on the basis of features such as title, subject, description, news direction and source under the explanatory and interview categories.en_US
