dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma, primipar annelerin bebek sağlığı konusundaki bilgi kaynaklarının dağılımının ve hemşire ile ebelerin bu konudaki katkılarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırma türü: Araştırma, tanımlayıcı tipte bir çalışmadır. Materyal ve metot: Araştırma, 6 Mayıs ve 14 Haziran 2002 tarihleri arasında yapıldı. Örnek büyüklüğü tek bir toplum oranı için formülle hesaplandı. Veriler.anket yöntemiyle annelerle yüz yüze görüşülerek toplandı. Bulgular: Primipar anneler emzirme konusunu % 46 oranında ebe ve hemşirelerden öğrendiğini ifade etti. Bu oran diğer konularda % 24 ile % U arasında değişmekteydi. Primipar annelerin demografik özellikleri (yaş, öğrenim, çalışma, sosyal güvence ve gelir durumu) ile bebek sağlığı konularında bilgi kaynağı olarak hemşire ve ebelerden yararlanma oram karşılaştırıldı. Sonuç: Primipar annelerce bebek sağlığı konusunda bilgi kaynağı olarak hemşire ve ebelerden yeterince yararlanılamamaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose: This study has been done for the purpose of determination the distribution of primipara's knowledge resources of infant health and the contribution of nurses and midwifes to this subject. Type of Research: Descriptive study Materials and Method: The study was done from 6 May to 14 July 2002. The sample size was calculated for a single proportion. A questionnaire was applied to the mothers for data collection by using face to face interview technique. Results: Primipara have stated that they have learned breast-feeding at the rata of% 46 from nurses and midwives. This rate of other subjects has differed from %24 to % 11. The ratio of making use of nurses and midwifes as the knowledge resource on infant health has been compared with the demographic features of primipara (age, education, work status, social security, income). Conclusion: Primipara have not sufficiently been able to make use of nurses. and midwifes as the knowledge resource of infant health.en_US
