dc.description.abstractAile işletmelerinin nesilden nesile mevcudiyetini muhafaza ederek ve arzulandığı gibi sağlıklı bir şekilde büyüyerek faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmelerinin temeli kurumsallaşma sürecinden geçmektedir. Bu süreç ancak kendi kurduğu işletmesinin geleceğini etkileyen, doğru yönetildiği takdirde işletmeyi kurucularına değil de; usul, standart ve yöntemlere bağlı kılan girişimci liderlerin desteğiyle mümkün olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada girişimci liderliğin kurumsallaşmaya olan etkisinin ortaya konulması amacıyla, farklı ülkelerde yetişmiş iki lider iş insanının bu yönde atmış oldukları adımları ve uygulamaları dikkate alınarak örnek olay yöntemi aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada Türk iş insanlarından Ahmet Keleşoğlu ve kuruluşu Selçuk Ecza Deposu A.Ş. ile Alman iş insanlarından Robert Bosch ve işletmesi Bosch GmbH örneklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda iş insanları Ahmet Keleşoğlu ve Robert Bosch'un girişimci liderlik özelliklerini taşıdıkları bulgusu dâhilinde girişimci liderliğin kurumsallaşmaya etki edebileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca; girişimci liderliğin alt boyutlarından olan risk alma, fırsatları değerlendirme, yenilikçilik ve yaratıcılık, proaktiflik ve vizyonun kurumsallaşmaya etki edebileceği de araştırmanın sonuçları arasındadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe foundation of family businesses to continue their activities while preserving their existence from generation to generation and growing in a healthy way as desired passes through the institutionalization process. This process is only feasible with the support of entrepreneurial leaders influencing the future of the company they established by their own and who connect the enterprise -if it is managed correctly- not on the founders but on procedures, standards and methods. In this study, in order to reveal the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on institutionalization, two leading business people from different countries have been analyzed through the case study method taking the steps and practices in this direction into account. As samples; the Turkish businessman Ahmet Keleşoğlu and his enterprise Selçuk Ecza Deposu A.Ş. and the German businessman Robert Bosch and his enterprise Bosch GmbH were used. As the outcome of this study, it is concluded that the businessmen Ahmet Keleşoğlu and Robert Bosch have the characteristics of entrepreneurial leadership and that entrepreneurial leadership can affect institutionalization. Also risk taking, utilising opportunities, innovation and creativity, proactivity and vision; the sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, may have a strong impact on institutionalization.en_US
