| dc.description.abstract | Bir haftadır sağ gözünde kızarma ve şişlik olan 11 yaşındaki kız çocuğu kliniğimize başvurdu. Oküler muayenede, sağ gözde episkleral ve konjonktival venlerde dilatasyon, proptozis ve tüm yönlere hareket kısıtlılığı mevcuttu. Göziçi basıncı (GİB) 32 mmHg ölçüldü. Topikal antiglokomatöz tedavi başlandı. Kranyal anjiyografide karotikokavernöz (KKF) fistül izlendi ve fistül ayrılabilir balon tekniği ile kapatıldı. Operasyon sonrası olgunun izleminde görme keskinliği 10/10 ve GİB ilaçsız 9 mmHg ölçüldü. Tüm klinik semptom ve bulgularda tam iyileşme saptandı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Eleven year-old girl presented with redness and proptosis in her right eye for one week. Ocular examination revealed episcleral and conjunctival venous dilatation, proptosis and limited eye movement in all directions in the right eye. Intra ocular pressure (IOP) was 32 mmHg. Treatment was started with a topical anti glaucomatous drop. Cranial angiography revealed a carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) and the fistula was occluded with detachable balloon embolization. Post operative examination revealed 10/10 visual acuity and IOP was 9 mmHg without medical treatment. All clinical signs and symptoms recovered. | en_US |
