Konya bölgesinde tavuklarda Marek Hastalığı, Lenfoid Löykoz ve Retiküloendoteliozis' in ELISA ve histopatolojik yöntemler ile araştırılması

dc.description.abstractKanatlı hayvanların etiyolojisi bilinen neoplastik hastalıklar grubu içerisinde yer alan 3 tane viral kökenli neoplazması vardır. Bunlar, Marek Hastalığı (MH), Lenfoid Löykoz (LL) ve Retiküloendoteliozis (RE)'dir. Bunlardan MH'da kötü huylu T hücre transformasyonu, LL'da ise iyi huylu ve kötü huylu tümör oluşumu görülür. RE lenfomaların oluşumu ile karakterize bir enfeksiyodur. Çalışmanın hayvan materyali, anket çalışması ile belirlendi. Konya ve Çevresindeki ticari ve damızlık sürülerden 540 adet kan ve serum örneği ile 15 doku (karaciğer, böbrek, dalak, bursa Fabricius, pankreas, akciğerler, bezsel ve kaslı mide, Nervus ischiadicus, deri, beyin ve beyincik) örneği toplandı. Bu çalışmada histopatoloji, ve serolojik (ELISA) tanı yöntemleri kullanılarak, seçilen işletmelerden elde edilen örneklere ait kan ve dokulardan her iki yöntem ile kesin tanı konan enfeksiyonlara ait bazı epidemiyolojik veriler derlendi. Çalışmada, tanı amacıyla kullanılabilecek histopatolojik metod ile ELISA arasında istatistiksel bir ilişki olduğu görüldü (p0,05). ELİSA ile, 56 serumda anti-MHV antikoruna rastlanırken, 1 serum örneğinde anti-LLV antikoru tespit edildi. Çalışmadan elde edilen epidemiyolojik bulgular; MH ve LL'un prevalansları sırası ile % 10 ve % 0.2 olarak tespit edildi, incelenen örneklerde RE varlığına dair bir bulguya rastlanmadı.en_US
dc.description.abstractThere are three virus-caused neoplastic diseases with known etiology in poultry, Marek disease (MD), Lenfoid Leucosis (LL) and reticuloentdotheliosis (RE). Of these, MD is characterized by malign T cell transformation while LL comprises a variety of transmissible benign and malign neoplasms of different organs. RE is also characterized by lymphomas. The animal material of the study was determined by a questionaire work. A number of 540 blood/sera and 15 organ samples (liver, lien, kidney, bursa Fabricius, pancreas, lungs, glandular stomach and gizzard, Nervus ischiadicus, skin, brain and cerebellum) were collected from commercial and parent stock flocks located in the Konya Region. In this study, some epidemiological data were calculated following analysis of blood and serum samples by serological and histopathological techniques. There was statistically correlation between the histopathologic examination and ELISA (p<0,05). Anti-MHV antibodies were measured in 56 serum samples by ELISA. Only one serum sample was detected to show anti-LLV antibody. The epidemiological figures raised from this study were as follows; prevalance of the MD and LL were 10 % and 0.2 %, respectively. No findings were observed regarding RE infection in this study.en_US
