| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, farklı matematik modeller kullanılarak İsviçre Esmeri sığırların laktasyon eğrilerini en iyi belirleyen modellerin tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Tarım ve Köyişleri Bakanlığı Çumra Tarım Meslek Lisesi Esmer sığır sürüsünden elde edilen toplam 773 laktasyon kaydı değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada sekiz matematik model incelenmiştir. Bu modeller: Modeli: Y{t) = atb e{~cl) Model 2: Y{t) = at" eT (l + uSin(t) + vCos(t)) Model 3: Y{t)=a + bt + ct2 Model 4: Y,t)=a + bt + et2 + df Model 5: Y(!) = atb I Cos{ct) Model 6: Y{l)=a + bt + c{llt) Model 7: Y{i) = a - bt + ct2 1 2 + d log (t) Model 8: Y{l) = 1 1 (a + bt + ct2 ) Süt verimi kayıtları laktasyon sırası ve laktasyonun başlama mevsimine göre standardize edilerek, modellerin laktasyon eğrisine uyumları incelenmiş ve karşılaştınlmıştır. Bunun yanında modellerin laktasyon sıralan ve laktasyonun başlama mevsimine göre elde edilen eğrilere uyumları incelenmiştir. Standardize edilmiş verilere tüm kontrol aralıklarında Model 1 ve model 2 nin daha iyi uyum gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Belirleme katsayılarının laktasyon sıralarına göre önemli bir değişme göstermediği, tüm laktasyonlarda da Model 1, Model 2 ve Model 7'nin daha iyi uyum gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Laktasyona başlama mevsimi ilkbahar ve kış olan hayvanlara ait belirleme katsayılarının daha yüksek olduğu ve Model 1, Model 2 ve Model 7'nin daha iyi uyum gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study aimed fitting and comparing eight mathematical models to lactation curves of Brown Swiss cattle. Total 773 lactation data which obtained the Brown Swiss cattle herd raised in Çumra Agricultural Highschool of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Models are as fallows: Modeli: Y(t) = atb e{~c,) Model 2: Y(t) = atbe{~c,) (1 + uSin{t) + vCos(t)) Model 3: Y{l) = a + bt + ct2 Model 4: Z. = a + bt + ct2 + dt3 Model 5: Y(t) = atb I Cos{ct) Model 6: Y{l) = a + bt + c(l / 1) Model 7: Y{[) = a - bt + ct2 1 2 + d log (t) ModelS: Y{t) = t / [a + bt + ct2) m Lactation datas were standardized according to lactation order and season. The fitting the lactation curve of the models are investigated and compared. The fitting of provided curves from the models due to the lactation orders and beginning of the lactation seasons were also investigated. The standardized data were found to be more compatible with Model 1 and Model 2 in all control interval than other models. The different lactation orders, for the model fits, were more compatible in Model 1, Model 2 and Model 7 than the other groups. The effects of lactation orders were not significant on determination coefficients. The determination coefficients of catties entered to lactation in spring and winter seasons were found more higher than the other seasons and Model 1, Model 2, and Model 7 were found to be fitted better, compared to others. | en_US |
