| dc.description.abstract | Demokratik toplumlarda, siyasi otoritenin seçimi kazanmak için ekonomi politikalarını kendi amaçlan doğrultusunda yönlendirmesine seçim ekonomisi politikası denilmektedir. Literatürde bu olgu, politik konjonktür dalgalanmaları şeklinde tanımlanmakta ve politik konjonktür dalgalanmaları teorileri aracılığıyla İncelenmektedir. Politik konjonktür dalgalanmaları teorilerine göre, hükümetler seçimlerdeki güçlerini artırmak amacıyla, seçimler öncesinde kendi taraftarlarına iyi ekonomik çevre hazırlamak için para ve maliye politikaları aracılığıyla ekonomiyi manipüle edebilmektedirler. Bu noktada, çalışmada, politik konjonktür dalgalanmaları teorileri yardımıyla seçim ekonomisi politikalarının (1980-2004) dönemi Türkiye Ekonomisi üzerinde etkilerinin olup olmadığının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the democratic societies, the efforts of political authority to win election and to direct economic policies for achieving its politic purpose are being called as politic of election economy. In literature, this fact is called political business cycles and has been researched by the political business cyles theories. According to the political business that governments that come to power through democratic elections usually have incentive to manipulate the economy through fiscal and monetary policies to create a favorable economic enviroment for their suppoters. In this point, the purpose of the study to whether possible effects of politics of election economy over the Turkish economy are being investigated by the political business cyles theories during the 1980 and 2004 period. | en_US |
