dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin şefkat yorgunu olup olmadığını belirlemek amacı ile yapılmışbir sistematik derlemedir. Bu amaçla çeşitli veri tabanları taranarak konu ile ilgili dört makalemakale saptanmıştır. İncelenen makalelerin üçü tanımlayıcı, biri kesitsel desende tasarlanmıştır.Dahil edilme ölçütleri doğrultusunda konu ile ilgili Türkçe dilinde yazılmış makaleye rastlanmamıştır.Makalelerde, şefkat yorgunluğunun, “şefkat doyumu ve tükenmişlik” kavramları ile birlikte elealındığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmalardan elde edilen bulgulara göre, psikiyatri hemşirelerinin şefkatdoyumunun düşük, şefkat yorgunluğu ve tükenmişlik seviyesinin yüksek olduğu, yanı sıra posttravmatikstres belirtileri gösterdikleri saptanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis is a systematic compilation study which aimed to determine whether psychiatry nurses werefatigue of compassion, or not. The screening of several databases revealed four articles fulfillinginclusion criteria of the study. While three of the articles examined were descriptive; one was incross-sectional pattern. Along the inclusion criterions, no any Turkish article was determinedregarding the subject. In these articles, compassion fatigue concept has usually been consideredwith “compassion satisfaction and burnout” concepts. According to the findings of aforesaid articles,it was determined that compassion satisfaction of psychiatry nurses was at low level; that theircompassion fatigue and burnout levels were high; and as well that they showed post-traumaticstress symptoms.en_US
