dc.description.abstractAraştırma, 2014-2018 hasat dönemlerinde Konya'nın merkez ilçesi olan Karatay'a bağlı 33 mahallede yetiştirilen ve Konya Ticaret Borsası'na getirilen ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinde Süne (Eurygaster spp.) ve Kımıl (Aelia spp.) türlerinin zarar oranının belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Mahallelerden Konya Ticaret Borsası'na getirilen ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinden ISO 24333 Numune Alma Standardına uygun olarak otomatik sonda cihazı ile homojen bir şekilde örnek numuneler alınmıştır. Bu numune içerisinden analiz numunesi TS 2974 Buğday Standardına uygun olarak alınıp, yabancı maddelerden temizlenip, elenmiştir. Elenen numuneler içerisinde süne ve kımıl tahribatına uğramış olan taneler tespit edilerek, seçilmiş ve tartılarak tanelerin kütlece % zarar oranı bulunmuştur. Kalan numunenin Near Infrared Transmission (NIT) prensibi ile çalışan cihazda ölçülerek protein ve hektolitre değerleri de belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; 2014-2018 yılları arası hasat dönemlerinde, Karatay İlçesi'nin 33 mahallesinden gelen ekmeklik buğdaylarda süne ve kımıl zarar oranı ortalamaları yıllara göre sırasıyla, %1.10, %0.79, %0.87, %0.85 ve %1.10 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, 2014-2018 arası hasat dönemlerinde, protein değerleri %11.8-14.0 arasında ve hektolitre ağırlıklarının da 76.8-79.4 kg arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe research was carried out to determine the damage rate of Sunn pest (Eurygaster spp.) and Wheat sting bug (Aelia spp.) In bread wheat varieties grown in 33 neighborhoods of Karatay, the central district of Konya, during the 2014-2018 harvest period and brought to the Konya Commodity Exchange. Homogeneous sample samples were taken from the bread wheat varieties brought to Konya Commodity Exchange from the neighborhoods with an automatic probe device in accordance with the ISO 24333 Sampling Standard. The analysis sample was taken from this sample in accordance with the TS 2974 Wheat Standard, it was cleaned from foreign substances and sieved. Among the sifted samples, the grains damaged by sunflower and chlorine were determined, selected and weighed and the mass% loss ratio of the grains was found. Protein and hectoliter values of the remaining sample were also determined by measuring in the device working with the Near Infrared Transmission (NIT) principle. As a result of the research; During the harvest periods between 2014-2018, the average of damage rate of bread wheat coming from 33 neighborhoods of Karatay District were determined as 1.10%, 0.79%, 0.87%, 0.85% and 1.10%, respectively by years. In addition, it was determined the average of protein values between 11.8-14.0% and the avarage of hectolitre weights varied between 76.8-79.4 kg of all neighborhoods in the 2014-2018 harvest season between.en_US
