| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, deneysel osteoartritis (OA) oluşturulan köpeklerde Hyalovet 20 (Trans Bussan S.A. Geneve. Suisse. hyaluronik asit)'nin intraartiküler etkisini ortaya koymak amaçlandı. Altı yetişkin köpekte, sağ articulatio genudaki ligamentum cruciate anterior kesilerek deneysel osteoarthritis oluşturuldu. Eklem Sivisi ve kan serum ör nekleri steril koşullar altında operasyon öncesi operasyonu takiben eden 7 gün sonunda ve Hyalovet 20 uy gulanmasından 15 gün sonra toplanarak analiz edildi. Metalloproteinaz (Jelatinez) aktivitesi enzimgrafi yöntemi ile eklem sıvısında analiz edildi. Glikozaminoglikanlar ve keratan sulfat miktarlan, eklem sıvısı ve kan serumunda ölçüldü. Hyaluronik asitin köpeklerdeki dejeneratif artrititislerin sağaltımında kısa sürede sonuç alınması açısından başarılı ile kullanılabileceği kanısına varıldı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to determine the effects of intraarticular Hyalovet 20 (Trans Bussan S.A. Geneve Suisse, hyaluronic acid) on experimental osteoarthritis in dogs. The anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee was cut by blind section in 6 adult dogs. Synovial fluids and sera were obtained under sterile condition before and after operation by needle aspiration. They were also collected after Hyalovet 20 treatment within 15th days. The me talloproteinases (MMP) activity was measured in synovial fluids by gelatine zymography. Glycosaminoglycans and keratan sulphate has been measured in sera and synovial fluids. Hyaluronic acid provided good clinical benefits and an acceptable safety profile is current clinical practice. | en_US |
