dc.description.abstractDünyada bilgi ve ileti ş im teknolojilerinde yaşanan geli ş melere paralel olarak Türkiyede de kamusal hizmetlerin bili ş im teknolojileri arac ı l ı ğı ile sağlanmas ı na yönelik çal ı ş malar hı z kazanmı ş tı r. Bu geli ş melerin yan ı sı ra 2000li yı llarda yap ı lan reform çal ı ş maları sonucunda yerel yönetimlerin görevlerinin niteli ğinde ve niceli ğinde önemli de ği şimler meydana gelmi ş tir. Bili ş im teknolojilerinin hizmet sunumu ve karar verme süreçlerinde kullanı mı , yerel yönetim birimlerinin kendilerinden beklenen görev ve sorumlulukları nı n üs tesinden gelebilmelerine önemli katkı larda bulunmaktad ı r. Bu çal ı ş ma, Kı rş ehir İl Özel İdaresinde gerçekle ş tirilen yerel hizmet sunumunda bili ş im teknolojileri kullanı mı nı analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadı r. Çal ı ş ma, alan araştı rmas ı na dayanmaktadı r. Alan araş tı rmas ı nda anket ve mülakat yöntemleri kullanı lmı ş ve ayrı ca kurumun web sitesi analiz edilmi ş tir. Araştı rma sonuçları na göre kurum, internet kullan ı c ı l ı ğı ve hizmetlerin internet arac ı l ı ğı ile sunumu aç ı s ı ndan geli şme aşamas ı ndadı r. İnternet arac ı l ı ğ ı ile hizmet sunumu ve yönetimin internete taş ı nmas ı konusunda çal ı ş maları n devam etti ğ i görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe development of information and communication technologies has accelerated public service delivery through the application of information technologies in the world. In addition to these improvements, as a consequence of the reform efforts in the 2000s, important changes have occurred in the quality and quantity of the duties of local governments. It is expressed that the usage of information technologies for public service provision is making important contribution to local governments to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. In this paper aims the analyze that the usage of information technology during the local services delivery at The Special Provincial Administration of K ı rşehir. Survey and interview were used as a method of the field research and additionally, the web site of the institute was analyzed. The results of the survey revealed that it has made progress in the efforts of computerization and web site development. The institute is expected to show progress on online service delivery and online management.en_US
