dc.description.abstractMeningokok meninjiti dünyanın her yerinde görülebilen, etkili antibiyotiklerin kullanılmasına karşın hala önemli derecede mortaliteye neden olan bir infeksiyon hastalığıdır. Tedavisinde penisilin ilk seçenektir. Bu makalede, penisilin allerjisi olan 21 yaşındaki bir erkek olguda görülen ve ölümle sonuçlanan meningokoksik meninjit, meningokoksemi ve yaygın damar içi pıhtılaşma tablosu sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractMeningococcal meningitis is a disease seen worldwide and, despite the usage of effective antibiotics, still has a high mortality rate. Penicillin is the first choice in the treatment. In this article, meningococcal meningitis, meningococcemia and disseminated intravascular coagulation with fatal outcome in a 21-year-old male patient with penicillin hypersensivity is presented.en_US
