| dc.description.abstract | Vagina akıntısı yakınması ile gelen 60 hastadan alınan ve pH'ı 4.5'den yüksek olan vagina akıntısı örnekleri kültürleri yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Direkt mikroskobide altı örnekte Trichomonas vaainalis saptanmıştır. Yapılan kültürlerde ise sekiz olguda Candida türleri, beş olguda S. aureus. sekiz olguda ise Mycoplasma hominis üremiştir. Onbeş hastanın kültüründe üreme olmamıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Vaginal discharge specimens of 60 women who had complaints of abnormal vaginal discharge with pH over 4.5 were investigated. In eight of the specimens Trichomonas vaainalis was seen in direct microscopic examination. The culture results were as follows: Candida spp. in eight, Escherichia coli in eight, enterococci in four, Staphvlococcus epidermidis in 18, S. aureus in five and Mvcoplasma hominis in eight patients. In 15 of the patients cultures yielded no bacteria. | en_US |
