Nadir bir portal hipertansiyon sebebi: Mide rezeksiyonu sonrası gastroduodenal arter ile portal ven dalları arasında gelişen A-V fistül

Portal hipertansiyonun nedenleri arasında birçok sebep sayılmaktadır, ancak temel mekanizma portal sistemde direnç artışıdır. Nadir olmakla beraber bazen artmış hepatopedal kan akımı (arterio-venöz fistüller)’da portal hipertansiyona neden olmaktadır. Dispeptik şikayetler nedeniyle kliniğimize müracaat eden bir hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucunda postoperatif zeminde meydana gelmiş arterio-venöz fistül ve buna bağlı portal hipertansiyon geliştiği tespit edilmiştir. Portal alanda kan akımının artışına bağlı olarak gelişen nadir bir portal hipertansiyon olgusunu sunmayı uygun bulduk.

There are many causes of portal hypertension, but the main underlying mechanism is increased resistance in portal system. A rare cause is high hepatopedal blood flow as seen in arterio-venous fistul. A patient who was admitted to our clinic with dyspepsia complaints was found to have portal hypertension due to post operative arterio-venous fistul. The rare incidence of portal hypertension cases caused by arterio- venous fistullas urged us to present this case.
