dc.description.abstractPortal hipertansiyonun nedenleri arasında birçok sebep sayılmaktadır, ancak temel mekanizma portal sistemde direnç artışıdır. Nadir olmakla beraber bazen artmış hepatopedal kan akımı (arterio-venöz fistüller)’da portal hipertansiyona neden olmaktadır. Dispeptik şikayetler nedeniyle kliniğimize müracaat eden bir hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucunda postoperatif zeminde meydana gelmiş arterio-venöz fistül ve buna bağlı portal hipertansiyon geliştiği tespit edilmiştir. Portal alanda kan akımının artışına bağlı olarak gelişen nadir bir portal hipertansiyon olgusunu sunmayı uygun bulduk.en_US
dc.description.abstractThere are many causes of portal hypertension, but the main underlying mechanism is increased resistance in portal system. A rare cause is high hepatopedal blood flow as seen in arterio-venous fistul. A patient who was admitted to our clinic with dyspepsia complaints was found to have portal hypertension due to post operative arterio-venous fistul. The rare incidence of portal hypertension cases caused by arterio- venous fistullas urged us to present this case.en_US
