| dc.description.abstract | Araştırmada öğretmenlerin yaşamda anlam, umut ve azim düzeyleri çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmiştir. Ayrıca yaşamda anlam düzeylerini açıklayabilmek için umut ve azim düzeylerini içeren aracı model kurulmuştur. Bu araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni yaşamın anlamı, aracı değişkeni azim ve bağımsız değişkeni umuttur. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2015-2021 yılları arasında Eğitim Fakültesi'nin farklı bölümlerinden mezun olan 396 kişi (236 kadın, 160 erkek) oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerini belirlemek amacıyla "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", yaşamda anlam düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde "Yaşamın Anlamı Ölçeği", umut düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde "Sürekli Umut Ölçeği" ve azim düzeylerini belirlemek "Kısa Azim Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre yaşamda anlam, umut ve azim düzeyi cinsiyete göre anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Yaşamda anlam ve umut düzeyi KPSS'ye hazırlanma durumu ve çalışma durumuna göre anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Ayrıca yaşamda anlam varlığı ile umut ve azim arasında pozitif yönde yaşamda anlam arayışı ile umut ve azim arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Araştırmada dolaylı etkinin anlamlılığını test etmek için bootstrapping yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Modele göre azim, umut ve yaşamda anlam varlığı arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı rol oynamaktadır. Umut ve yaşamda anlam arayışı arasındaki ilişkide ise azim tam aracı rol oynamaktadır. Bulgular ilgili literatür kapsamında tartışılmış ve gelecekte gerçekleştirilecek olan araştırmalara ve politika yapıcılara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research examined the level of meaning in life, hope, and perseverance of teachers according to various variables. Furthermore, an intermediary model including hope and determination levels was established to explain the meaning levels in life. The dependent variable of this research is the meaning of life, the mediator variable is perseverance and the independent variable is hope. The study group of this research consists of 396 people (236 women, 160 men), who graduated from different departments of the Faculty of Education between the years 2015 and 2021. The "Personal Information Form" was used to collect personal information of the participants, the "Meaning of Life Scale" was used to determine their level of meaning in life, the "Continuous Hope Scale" was used to assess their level of hope, and the "Short Perseverance Scale" was used to determine their perseverance levels. According to the results of the research, the level of meaning in life, hope, and perseverance differed significantly by gender. The level of meaning in life and hope varied significantly depending on "KPSS" preparation and working status. Moreover, there was a positive relationship between the existence of meaning in life and hope and perseverance, as well as a negative relationship between the meaning sought in life and hope and perseverance. The study used the bootstrapping method to test the significance of the indirect effect. According to the model, perseverance acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between hope and the existing meaning of life. Perseverance plays a full mediator role in the relationship between hope and the meaning sought in life. The findings were discussed within the scope of the relevant literature and recommendations for future research and policymakers were presented. | |
